- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Restrictions: We comply with federal and state regulations regarding CBD. It is the customer’s responsibility to check local laws before purchasing. We do not ship to states or countries where CBD is prohibited.
- Delivery Delays: Retro’s Hemp is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed off to the shipping provider. We may provide product replacement in certain circumstances related to damaged products. Please get in touch with us for more information.
- Incorrect Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
