With a background in business and finance, I spent eight years in the cannabis industry, where I saw firsthand the power of herbal healing remedies. I started creating CBD-based products for my family, ensuring they had access to high-quality, affordable relief—and that passion quickly grew into something bigger.

The name "Retro" comes from my deep-rooted love for music. For eight years, I was an audio engineer and producer, performing under the stage name "Retrospect"—which led to people calling me "Retro" for short. Though my creative outlet has shifted, I still see myself as an artist, just with a different canvas. Music has the power to heal, just like the products we create, and I wanted to honor creatives of the world with our brand’s name.

One of our most personal creations, Roscoe’s Relief, was inspired by my dog Roscoe, whom I adopted seven years ago. As he aged, I saw his struggles with aches and pains, and I knew I had to develop a safe, effective, and natural solution to help him. That same commitment to holistic, THC-free wellness is at the heart of everything we do at Retro’s Hemp.
